Abstract
Many of the trauma centers throughout the world are affiliated with private or public hospitals. These centers offer a range of programs and services including short-term hospital stays to day treatment programs to longer inpatient treatment. A key concept for all hospital programs is the use of the therapeutic milieu as a tool in healing.
