Abstract

The Internet is truly a library card to the world. But without a friendly librarian to help, all of the world’s information may be impossible to use. To the rescue comes a group of programs that interact with the Internet to locate, display, and transfer information from locations around the world. These programs act as your “agents” to negotiate the Internet.
