Abstract

In this chapter we describe five examples of experiments in agronomy and biochemistry; each illustrates a different problem. Because all of the information in the experiments is assumed to be contained in a set of parameters, we will first describe, in this chapter, the parametric nonlinear regression model and how to estimate the parameters of this model.1
