Abstract
This paper is not based on studies performed at the National Academy of Sciences. I have been involved, over the last three years, in a study of policy implications of greenhouse warming. Of course, we dealt with some of the issues that are involved in considering the public as decision makers, but what I have to say is from my own thinking and I hope you will treat it appropriately.
