Relationship Between Gout and Arterial Hypertension

Abstract

The incidence of arterial hypertension (A.H.) in gout has been observed for many years, the rate being about 36 per cent in gouty patients (Table I) (1–4), which is well above the percentage in normal population (about 10 per cent in our country).
