Abstract

In essence, the warehousing is nothing more than supplying adequate protection for stored goods in a minimal amount of space. Therefore, the goal of any warehouse operator should be to protect the inventory in his or her care and at the same time use as little space as possible. Achieving this goal depends primarily on careful planning.
