Results from the LEP and SLAC Colliders — An Update

Part of the Ettore Majorana International Science Series book series (EMISS, volume 50)

Abstract

Recent experimental results from the Large Electron Positron Collider LEP and the SLAC Linear Collider SLC are briefly summarized in this note. The data and analyses shown are selective and only those aspects having a direct (or indirect) bearing on the searches for the top quark and/or scalar particles (Higgs bosons and scalar leptons) are included here.
