Review of High Energy e+e Physics

Abstract

I report on results from high energy electron positron collisions at PETRA and PEP. I will describe the basic physical processes which are important in e+e then review the present status of the data on the subjects of hadron production, QCD measurements of electroweak effects, and study of B meson decays. Since many experiments have produced quantitative results on similar topics, I will show several comparisons to check the experimental accuracy of the measurements. However, in many cases where the results are of a more qualitative nature, only one example of the data will be given.
