Abstract
The selected problems of applying probability and statistical methods in sonar presented in this book demonstrate the high effectiveness of the machinery behind the theories of probability and mathematical statistics in developing and analyzing models of signals and interference, in planning experiments, and in processing sonar information. In this book, most attention was focused on obtaining analytical results for the problems discussed.
