Abstract

The new ferroelectric guanidine aluminum sulfate hexahydrate (GAS) [C(NH2)3] A1(SO4)2 · 6H2O was first made in 1955 by Holden et al. [1, 2]; Anderson’s data [3] show that it is a promising material for use in the stores of digital computers.
