A Phase Transition of QED, Schwinger’s Proper Time Formalism; Chemical Potential and Electric Field
A part of the physics community has been intrigued for some time by the anomalous Mev e+e− peaks produced from heavy ion scattering. Although there have been a number of attempts to explain these strange results, none has been completely satisfying.
