Characteristics of Normal Inner Experience
We have, for the past six chapters, examined the thinking of individuals, one at a time, and so have accomplished the major goal of this project, familiarizing ourselves with a sampling of the basic data of psychology: individual experience as it is lived by the persons themselves. We have also had a chance to exercise the supplemental goal of suspending our hypothesis generation until such time as we have acquired as much data as are available.
