Abstract

Addictions Prevention Laboratory (APL) is the lead agency for development, evaluation and dissemination of substance abuse prevention programs in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A centralized organization, APL traditionally offered prevention courses and workshops through a Regional Center delivery system.
