“Dope Center”—that’s the way the local newspaper referred to us when it first became known that we were going to open a center in a small rural community. But, open we did. i’d like to tell you about some of the agonies we went through and HOW we got through them—not because I think you might enjoy horror stories but because I hope there may be some lessons in our experience that might help others who find themselves in a similar position.
