In § 4 of Ch. I and the first pages of Chs. II-V we have in fact already listed the results derived and discussed in this monograph. Therefore at this juncture we shall only emphasize the more general characteristic features of our review and note some possibilities for the further development of the theory of the nonlinear interaction of waves in a plasma and the application of this theory.
