Optimum Design of an Electrolytic Cell

  • Fumio Hine

Abstract

In the early 1950s, the capacity of a typical Japanese chlor-alkali plant was in the range of 200 to 300 tons per month. After thirty years of continuous improvement, many giant plants with capacities of 1000-1500 tons/day are now being operated.
