The Physics of Metallic Superlattices: An Experimental Point of View

  • Ivan K. Schuller

Abstract

Metallic multilayers offer an ideal test ground for many physical phenomena occurring at different length scales.1–2 For the purpose of these lectures it is convenient to categorize the physical phenomena under study as short (below ~ 50 Å) and long (above ~ 50 Å) length scales.3

Keywords

Surface Acoustic Wave Critical Field Proximity Effect Perpendicular Anisotropy Short Length Scale
These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
