Dark Capacitance, Photocapacitance, Dark Conductance and Photoconductance Transients on GaAs Mesfets
The techniques of capacitance and conductance transients have been utilized in the identification of chromium and oxygen in GaAs. A good correspondence has been obtained between thermal emission rate measurements and optical emission rate, or photo-ionization cross-section measurements.
