Lymphocytes in Mice with Membrane Antigens Common to Human Thymocytes
The presence of antigens common to the lymphocytes of mammals (1–3) has been of interest from an immunogenetic standpoint, and more findings regarding the structure of the antigen common to the human lymphocyte antigen HLA-DR and the mouse lymphocyte antigens, H-2 or la have been introduced of late (4–9). However, the reports so far made on antigen cross reacting between human and mouse T lymphocytes are quite limited (1,10,11), and rather negative results have also been reported (1,3).
