Is it possible to use the electromagnetic probe to check nuclear processes involving pions, exchange current in the Δ resonance region? This question was somehow discussed during this meeting. I would like to illustrate it, and concentrate myself on the most simple case namely the two nucleons-one pion system, experimentally studied at the Saclay 600 MeV electron linac.
