Difficulties Encountered by Infertile Couples Facing Aid

The effect of AID on the dynamics of the sterile couple is still poorly understood; thus, we find it useful to report two cases of couples separating after deciding on an AID, and two other previously reported cases1 of total marital sexual impotence appearing at the beginning of a pregnancy through AID.
