Abstract

From a practical as well as theoretical point of view, it is evident that a knowledge of the optimal timing and frequency for artificial insemination would be quite valuable. Accordingly, a study on women undergoing artificial insemination with donor semen(AID) was carried out in order to determine success rates for different days of the menstrual cycle. These success rates which were based upon the results of single insemination cycles were then compared to those for multiple insemination cycles.
