Abstract
From LEAR experiment PS 185 (Threshold production of hyperon-antihyperon pairs) data on hyperon and antihyperon scattering on nucleons and nuclei will emerge as a by-product. Valuable results on cross sections as well as on the spin dependence of the interaction can be expected.
