Synthesis of 35S-p-Toluene Sulfonic Anhydride (Tosan) of High Specific Activity

  • L. Thuneberg

This paper describes the synthesis of 35S-p-toluene sulfonic anhydride of high specific activity, the details of which have been published elsewhere [1], and thoroughly covers some recent improvements in technique, together with present experience concerning the use of the 35S-labeled reagent in the analysis of aldosterone in peripheral plasma.
