Purification of High Specific Activity Acetic-H3 Anhydride
Several investigators have reported difficulties in achieving radiochemical purity during the chromatography of labeled acetylated steroids while employing the double-isotope-derivative method for the assay of steroids in biological fluids. These difficulties have been experienced particularly during the assay for steroids which are present in very low concentration, e.g., testosterone and etiocholanolone.
