Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to answer the question of whether a long-term drug induction of hyperfibrinolysis in blood has convincingly been shown to influence the clinical course of arterial vessel disease and the outcome of patients affected by one of its manifestations. This answer, frankly spoken, is a simple “no”.
