A Systematic Approach to the Interpretation of NMR Spectra
The essential features of previous chapters will now be referred to briefly in an outlined method of interpreting spectra. As an illustration, it will be assumed that a new product has been obtained from a known starting material. It will also be assumed that suitable tests have been made to determine purity, such as melting-point range, vapor-phase, and thin-layer chromatography.
