Infrared Sensitive Quantities and the Structure of Final States in QCD

I review recent works on infrared sensititve quantities in QCD, such as exclusive or semiexclusive probabilities, inclusive distributions for x → 0, x → 1, which are crucial for the understanding of the structure of final states in hard processes. I discuss then the preconfinement picture and the related inside-out-side cascade of hard QCD both on the momentum and space-time point of view.
