The Aggregation of Poly-γ-Benzyl-L-Glutamate in Mixed Solvent Systems

  • John C. PowersJr.

Abstract

Elettro-optic methods have been widely employed in investigating the structures and properties of biopolymers. From decay measurements it is possible to estimate molecular dimensions. The saturation of birefringence2 or dichroism3 allows the estimation of dipole moments and the anisotropy of polarizability for rigid axially symmetrical molecules.
