Abstract
Monoclonal antibodies (MAb) have been used as valuable analytical, diagnostic, and therapeutic tools for modern bioscience and medicine. Because of their high specificity, monoclonal antibodies have also been used for the purification of biomaterials which need high purity. Due to the high demand for monoclonal antibodies hybridoma cell culture, which enables one to produce monoclonal antibodies in large quantity, has become one of the most interesting topics and has been studied by many biochemical engineers.
