Structure and Crystal Chemistry of Ferroelectrics and Antiferroelectrics Exhibiting Phase Transitions Involving the Ordering of Structure Elements

  • I. S. Zheludev

Abstract

In Chapter II, we considered the oxygen-octahedral ferroelectrics and antiferroelectrics in which the spontaneous polarization appears at a phase transition because of the displacements of certain ions (the direction of polarization is the same as the direction of the displacements).
