Theoretical Expressions for the Analysis of Multi-Layer Surface Films by Electron Re-Emission Mössbauer Spectroscopy

  • G. P. Huffman

A theory of electron re-emission Mossbauer (ERM) spectroscopy has been derived in which analytic expressions are obtained for all quantities of interest in the interpretation of ERM spectra from multi-layer surface films. Only a very brief summary of the principal assumptions and results will be given h re; a more detailed treatment will be published elsewhere. 0)
