Capture Reaction Q-values with Sub-keV Accuracy

Abstract

A set of accurate Q-values has proven to be of some use in many respects. The question whether further reduction of the errors into the sub-keV range warrants some extra efforts can better be discussed after a stock-taking of the technical possibilities and a discussion of some applications.
