Meson Spectroscopy

  • K. Lanius

Abstract

A review of the present contradictory state of experimental research into meson resonances is presented. The simple quark model is used as a scheme of classification. Reliably established mesons are in general not considered. Problems particularly important for the further development of meson spectroscopy are discussed.
