Radioautography as a Technique in Tracer Methodology

Radioautography is a technique to detect by means of photographic emulsions the site of radioactive elements in tissue sections. Accordingly, in biology, radioautography is an ideal tool to trace the course of substances in and out of various microscopic or ultramicroscopic structural entities [1].
