A Mathematical Description of the Phototherapy-Effect: An Investigation of the Dose-Response Relationship under High Irradiancies

The chief purpose of this investigation was to calculate the dose-response relationship of phototherapy (PT) with different effective irradiancies by using a pharmacokinetic model. The following pharmacokinetic model for Gunn rats is used in the calculation (clarified in figs. 1-5).
