Calculation of Vapor-Liquid Phase Equilibria for Low Volatile Substances in Systems with Compressed Gases

Abstract

Vapor-liquid phase equilibria of low volatile substances are of interest in Separation processes using compressed gases. Furthermore, such phase equilibria are becoming increasingly important for oil recovery and for coal-gasification processes. For rational design purposes it is necessary to calculate the vapor-liquid phase equilibria of compressed gases with highboiling hydrocarbons of different structure.
