High Pressure Phase Relations for KDP-Type Compounds

  • Chapter
High-Pressure Science and Technology

Abstract

High-pressure phase diagrams have been reported earlier for KH2PO4[1] (KDP), NH4H2PO4 [2] (NDP), and KH2AsO4 [2] (KDA). The present study reports the phase diagrams of RbH2PO4 (RDP), CsH2PO4 (CDP), and KD2PO4 (DKDP).
