Abstract

High recurrence rates have been reported in idiopathic calcium stone disease1. Repeat surgery is often very difficult in previously operated patients, particularly in those who have undergone nephrolithotomy. We continue to make every effort to detect causes of the stone disease for prevention of recurrence in surgically treated patients.
