Abstract

There is no national psychological association in Cyprus; this is because until 1970 there was only one trained psychologist in the country. As of 1978, Cyprus claimed only a few fully trained psychologists, probably no more than 30.

Based on information supplied by V. P. Vassilopoulos, director general, Ministry of Health, Republic of Cyprus, and other sources.
