Physicomechanical Properties of Deformed Molybdenum Single Crystals
In this paper we shall consider the changes taking place in the physicomechanical properties and structure of molybdenum single crystals as these undergo deformation in the course of forging and wire-drawing. The samples for study consisted of molybdenun single crystals grown in specific crystallographic directions, , , , and obtained from metal powder by the method described earlier , The single crystals were subjected to various degrees of reduction (50, 75, 90%) in the course of forging.
