Some Reactive Carriers and Immobilized Enzymes

Abstract

Reactive polymeric carriers with neutral resp. polyionic matrices were synthesized for the immobilization of enzymes by covalent binding. Effects influencing the immobilization and the properties of the immobilized enzymes were investigated.
