Nylon Tube Bound Enzymes in Systems for the Determination of Substrates in Serum and Urine by Electrochemical and Calorimetric Detectors

Abstract

By combination of enzyme reactors with different sensors specific and sensitive substrate detection systems have been obtained. Nylon tube bound enzymes (1) have been used for the analysis of substrates in biological samples. The measuring devices consisted of a piston or peristaltic pump, an injection part, and the specific detector; calibration curves were obtained from recorder responses.
