The Photosynthetic Apparatus

The purpose of this paper is to review briefly what is known about the oxygen-evolving type of photosynthesis, its efficiency, and the possibility of employing the photosynthetic apparatus as a means of accomplishing the biophotolysis of water to hydrogen and oxygen.
