  • Arie Kuyvenhoven
Part of the Studies in development and planning book series (SDAP, volume 10)

In this chapter we turn to the project stage of development planning, in particular to the contribution of semi-input-output analysis to the planning and appraisal of investment projects. A number of problems concerning planning between the macro and micro level including planning at the project stage and the role of semi-input-output analysis have already been discussed in section 5.2. This introductory section will therefore be confined to a few additional remarks on project planning.
