Many operations in the fish products are very labor intensive. Some typical operations are shown in Figures 1 through 3 (Ref. 1). An overhead view of the packing table of the new battered fish line at National Sea Products expanded Lunenburg plant is shown in Figure 1. The checkweighing section of the line is shown in Figure 2. Figure 3 shows the carton packaging operation.
