Abstract
The graphics packages described in this chapter allow users to construct drawings by positioning prepared symbols or objects on the screen. These packages generally incorporate the ability to do some drawing of lines as well as figures like polygons, circles, and ellipses, and they also allow users to annotate the drawings with text.
