Abstract

This chapter describes the notational conventions used in the remainder of this book to designate various entities (attribute names, reserved words and program identifiers, for example) and naming conventions used for identifiers exported from a tool kit. The next two sections describe the formats used to describe user-visible routines and ODA attributes. Section 9.3 then discusses naming conventions used by the tool kits.
