For needs of the operations research and of the analysis of complex systems we have a success (by weaking some axioms of the probability theory) to construct a theory which allows to describe random and indefinite factors, and also their combinations, from inified positions. In the basis of the theory there are the axioms of the sublinear expectation which is an analogue of the probabilistic expectation.
