Hellfire Missile Competition Case Study
This case study is part of a larger effort by the Institute for Defense Analyses to document procurement histories of 19 new and modified tactical munition programs. The case studies do not advocate competition or any other acquisition initiative, but rather they highlight the successes and failures of various systems in order to document lessons learned.
